Located at the junction of Southbury Road and the A10, Colosseum Retail Park will be created as a new neighbourhood, linking the East and West Enfield.
The first phase will deliver:

A 3,729sqm work hub, targeted to small and medium-sized businesses
288 sqm of community space, including a crèche
Later phases, which will be subject to Reserved Matters Applications, will deliver:
Up to 1,356 new homes
Up to 1,600 sqm of non-residential floorspace, which could include a health centre, offices, and shops
