I worked with the developers and architects (City and Suburban Homes and PH+ Architects) from Pre-app through to Stage 1 to help establish the layout to create an active ground floor, approach to the public realm and maximise the number of dual-aspect units, while linking with the existing natural and urban context and the wider opportunity area plan.
